My stay at Bella Vista Waterfront Hotel was quite the rollercoaster. While they have stunning views and a beautiful pool area, I experienced some significant issues in the initial room. Thankfully, the attentive staff quickly resolved the situation, leading to a much better remainder of my stay. The dining options and overall atmosphere were enjoyable, providing good value but with some room for improvement in service efficiency.
Staying at Bella Vista Waterfront was an absolute delight! The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Kuah town, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The interior was clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast selection was impressive, but the dining service could have been slightly more attentive. The pool area is stunning and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic escape, but I wish there were more dining options available.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, I loved the spacious Garden Suite, which had direct access to the garden and a nice private balcony. The location was great for exploring Kuah town and enjoying street food. However, I faced quite a few issues with housekeeping, including an unmade room and a delayed response to my complaints. The overall service left a lot to be desired, which put a damper on my stay despite the lovely surroundings.
